I think I was due for a new toy/gadget. But this is one purchase that I think I can totally take advantage of. What is it you may ask? Well my friends, its my new Flip Mino. (Shout out to Jannelle for picking this up for me.)

I first heard about this from my co-worker. She used to work for the Toronto Film Festival and as a going away gift, they bought her a Flip Ultra. When I first saw it, I thought it was kind of dumb and looked stupid. That was me being ignorant and quick to judge. Fast forward a month, I saw this camcorder being featured on CP24. After quickly learning about the product, I was convinced I needed it.

Right now I’m still new with the toy. I’m just still learning how to take videos off and uploading them online. Next step is editing video. But for now, I just want you all that YOU NEED THIS! hahaha. Its great for capturing spontaneous moments when you wish you had a video camera with you. Obviously you’re not gonna get HD quality from this, but for what I need to publish videos online, its all that i need. This is so small, it fits in your pockets easily. But if you’re down with wearing tight pants, then I suggest you buy a fanny pack. I say fanny pack cause you wear tight jeans!
